Franklin Thomas Charles is a retired District Major. These pictures were submitted by Ginni Haynes, his daughter. Major Charles spent 20+ years on an EC unit and was one of the first paramedics in Lexington. The fires are the Belle Breezing Mansion and a warehouse on Broadway. The pictures at Station 1 are of a Thankgiving meal.
